Biography
Myriam Sadat is a French painter, sculptor and illustrator.
From an early age, she was fascinated by the animal world.
At the age of 5, horses, which were omnipresent in the environment in which she grew up, became an obvious choice. Ama started riding and a few years later made it her profession.
Over time, Myriam began to paint and sculpt horses.
In 2013, she enrolled at the Émile Cohl art school in Lyon, graduating with a degree in practical drawing, and went on to work on a number of creative projects.
She now devotes herself to her equine art, the heart of her artistic quest.
"Representing the horse through my art remains the best way of expressing my admiration for it.

Artistic approach
My deep admiration for horses has led me to make them my main source of inspiration. I am constantly striving to capture the beauty, strength and elegance of this masterpiece of nature, which plays a fundamental role in the life and evolution of mankind.
My creative process begins with an in-depth study of the anatomy, form and behaviour of my subjects to capture their essence and distinctive character. I work in a variety of media such as oil paint and clay to bring my artistic interpretations to life. I use a variety of techniques to create precise textures and details in order to pay homage to the natural beauty of each individual. Aesthetics are central to my work. I seek harmony of form, colour and proportion to create visually appealing compositions.
Intentionality is also an essential aspect of my approach. Each work is guided by a clear intention: to raise public awareness of the beauty and fragility of nature. I hope to raise environmental awareness and that my message inspires positive action in favour of the animal world.
